Be Happy for this moment. This moment is your Life. Since childhood, I have lived all my happy moments to the fullest. To me, Karak is my way to rekindle these beautiful moments and live them again. My first cup of Karak was in 1985 and with the first sip, I was amazed at how it tasted. Since then, Karak has been my choice. I would always ask for Karak whenever an opportunity would arise and my experience was not so pleasing as always, the taste would differ which happen to be the only part missing in my happy moments. I would observe and learn the procedure every time I tried a karak.

The transition of making Karak a hobby for my family and friends to initiating an official trademark, Poori and Karak, took a lot of effort, dedication, and planning from me. Starting the trademark wasn’t the tough part, what was truly challenging is my deep concern as to how I could incorporate my love, dedication, and proficiency in the craft I have personally perfected into this trademark. In an effort to eliminate this concern, I personally trained and supervised the chefs in Poori and Karak.

Finally, It is with great pleasure that I say that Poori and Karak carry the exact same authentic taste of Karak that I have worked tirelessly for years to develop. Because I truly believe that at the end of the day, making Karak without the passion for it, takes away the beautiful taste from it.
